In the rural heart of KwaZulu Natal, a group of Zulu artisans weave colorful and vibrant baskets out of telephone wire. The basket weaving project has provided important opportunities for economic improvement in the rural area, and allows families to stay together rather than splitting up to seek employment in the larger cities. The baskets are a gorgeous addition to any home or office, providing a pop of color and beautiful craftsmanship. You can use them as a catchall or to hold certain foods (citrus, bread, etc).

Care: Hand wash with warm water and soap if necessary
